The Project Management Plan will:
- Incorporate the stated project goals, objectives, and priorities along with the developed budget and schedule.
- Provide for the integration of all construction-related components and functions by responsibility, including administrative, architectural, engineering, construction, procurement and operations.
- Provide a project management organization chart.
- Provide a directory of team members with location and contact information.
- Describe the relationships between the Senior Construction Manager and the Owner’s staff as well as likely consultants/contractors, facility users, outside government agencies and concerned private groups, if any.
- Describe the key project management tasks and establish the procedural basis for executing the functions.
- Establish budget and cost controls to achieve optimum performance.
